Q: Do you accept exchanges or cancellations?
A: We do not accept exchanges or cancellations once the order is processed. Items are made to order. Cancellations are accepted within the hour of when the item was ordered. Please email us to cancel.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: All non-custom items will take up to 5 business days to process. Any custom order will vary and discussed individually when ordered.

Q: What are the care instructions?
A: Each product is handmade and constructed by us. While we stand behind the durability of our products please handle each item with care.
