Please keep in mind all sales are final. We cannot cancel an order after it is made.

Damaged Items
If an item is received damaged or is the wrong item,
please contact us immediately. We will correct the issue promptly to ensure your continued satisfaction with our products!

Refunds
In the event a refund is needed, please email us at msprintpress1@gmail.com. We will take up to 72 hours to respond. All refunds must be approved. If the refund is approved, it will take up to 10 business days for your refund to process through the original form of payment. All non-custom returned items will be inspected for the reasoning claimed, and if we cannot correct it or make it right, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
